Hello Greg. The vendor documents can be viewed online without downloading. All applications are submitted online as well. As for lighting, it depends on what you’re selling will determine your location. If you are outside, it is a lighted area, but you may need to have your own personal lighting inside your booth. Electricity will be available for a nominal fee.
