Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2017 Houston Crawfish, Crab & Grill Festival. First, you must read and agree to abide by all festival regulations stated in the Vendor Agreement, Rules and Guidelines. Then, complete and submit your vendor application before Saturday, April 29, 2017. Important: Vendors are not allowed to sell or promote any type of beverages, as the festival organizer is the exclusive provider of all beverages.

Note:

  1. The security deposit will be returned to you on the day of the event after checkout.
  2. Non-Profit organizations must provide their tax-exemption certificate.

Important: All vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs.
